Music & Melodies

A music theme at the sailing club was organised for a fun night.

Steve Rowse on keyboard and his wife Jude taking to the mike and encouraging others to have a go.

An ‘American supper’ buffet made for a magnificent spread for all to enjoy.

There was a good turn out for this end of October social and all seemed to enjoy themselves.

‘ The Three Porthpeanis ‘ ( Pete Barnes, Tony Dunn and Mike Trice ) entertained with knotted hankies hats and rolled up trousers to add to their amusing singing! It was all in good fun and brought a huge round of applause!

Ken ran the Bar and was kept busy, plenty of his customers trying the guest beer that was bought in especially for the night.

Dave Cobbett brought his guitar along and together with his Australian friend Christine, gave us a melodic treat of Australian music. He was also celebrating his Birthday bash which had been delayed due to Covid.

A night to remember for sure with plenty of singing, dancing and socialising.

Happy memories made and that’s what Socials are all about.
