What an awesome evening to kick off this years Sailing Calendar

Members and guests filled the clubhouse from 7:00pm and once seated were invited to collect the delicious hearty gigantic baked potatoes and chilli made by Tony and Pete Barnes.

There was a vegan option too and the portions were enormous but despite this, almost all plates came back to the galley without a scrap remaining! That’s definitely testament to the delicious meal that was so thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. Fruit strudel and ice cream followed and amazingly we all found room for that too!

Afterwards Stacey treated us to a fun quiz with an assortment of entertaining categories which definitely created lots of fun discussion and debates. The prizewinning table; Jo, Simon, Suzanne, Jeremy, Clare, Alex & Paddy won a PSC mug and pen each!

A fabulous evening again at PSC! Let’s hope for many more during 2024! 🤩
